Description :
It was on this plot of land where a military camp was located during the civil war that, years later, forensic anthropologists found 220 mortal remains. Today this land hosts a memorial that honors the victims of the armed conflict. In 1982, during the Civil War, Rosalina Tuyuc's father was taken by the army. Two years later, in 1984, they took Rosalina’s husband. To this day, Rosalina and her family still don’t know the fate of their loved ones. They are still looking for their remains.
