Description :
Hymen became the victim of a bomb explosion among the applicants for police officers at the PDK branch on 4 May 2005. He lost his full right leg and his right eye. He is beneficiary of ICRC Micro-Economic Initiative and distributes ice blocs with his motorcycle donated by the ICRC. Hymen has two sons under 18 years. He was assisted by the CRC Othopedic Cetre in Erbil.
