Description :
The Nicaraguan-Honduras border area is a zone where the conflict was particularly devastating and where there is now the greatest number of mines in the country.
He was heavily injured in the two grenade explosions and lost the ability to walk by himself. He also suffered damages to his nervous system.
Currently, he is working as a director in the office of a local organization which provides help to war victims. On the picture he is posing in front of his office.
