Description :
Some 3'300 families live in the village of Beit Sira. Most of the men used to work in Israel but have lost their jobs owing to restrictions on movement. In addition, farmers lost more than half of their fields when a settlement was built on their land. Around 4000 olive trees were either uprooted in the process or now grow on the other side of the West Bank Barrier.
