Description :
3'300 families live in the village of Beit Sira. Most of the men used to work in Israel but have lost their jobs due to restrictions on movement. In addition, the farmers have lost more than half of their fields due to a settlement that was built on their lands. 4000 olive trees were either uprooted or grow on the other side of the barrier.
The West Bank Barrier often cuts into the farming land. A settlement was built just on the other side of the Barrier, on land of farmers from Beit Sira.
