Description :
The Centre of IHL was created on 2003 and, since then, it holds courses of IHL for the Armed Forces and the authorities. The ICRC supports the preparation of training courses for instructors on IHL and human rights for the Armed Forces and gives technical advice for the integration of IHL and the international standards on the use of force and other situations of violence.
