Description : Under the slogan “Yuyariwayku (remember us), we will always be together”, the families started the activities walking in a procession from the cemetery until Huamanga’s main square. Then, all of them participated in a religious ceremony organized by the leaders of the Peruvian Episcopal Conference and the Peruvian Evangelical Council. They participated in activities with dance, music and theatre. Hot air balloons, with messages written by families for their relatives disappeared during armed violence of years 1980 to 2000, were launched from Huamanga’s main square.
