Légende complémentaire du photographe, délégué CICR: Boy passing with donkex near Hafasi village next to Avne Hefez settlement. Near Tulkarem. The settlement has been constructed right next to the village. Large amounts of land were confiscated and access for villagers to the area restricted. At the time of the ICRC visit, a buffer zone was created around the settlement.
