Parfois, le permis est refusé. Les agriculteurs doivent alors emprunter la porte de Jubarra pour accéder à leurs champs, ce qui ralonge leur trajet d'une heure et demie.
Some farmers do not get the permit; they then have to use the Jubarra gate which takes them 1,5 hour longer to access their fields.
