Description :
Vaccination of babies for the 6 childhood disease: polio, Tuberculosis, measles, diphteria, Tetanos, whooping cough. Women receive Tetanos injections
Since the start of 2005, the ICRC carried out over 45'000 vaccinations of women and children. Today, as part of the ante-natal care programme, mothers receive anti-malarial tablets, iron replacement tablets, as well as anti-parasites tablets against worms which can cause anemia, premature deliveries, bleedings, still birth or very small babies.
