Description :
ICRC field officer, Ambroise Macka, explained to the beneficiaries how it was going to happen. He also told them about the work of the ICRC in Central African Republic, and about the opening of a sub-delegation in Kaga Bandoro in January 2007. He explained that with so many thousands of people having fled their homes because of conflict, the Red Cross has a crucial role to play providing assistance, and ensuring that civilians are not harmed when clashes occur.
