Description :
Conditions for women in Bangui's Bimbo prison are very basic. The detainees sleep on mats in dormitories that are hot and crowded. The showers and toilets need urgent repair. Several women have their children with them in jail. The ICRC visits Bimbo prison regularly and plans to refurbish the bathrooms as a matter of priority
