Description :
The criteria for inclusion in the ICRC's assistance programme around Kaga Bandoro are clearly defined. Beneficiaries include the displaced, host families in cases where people have not fled to the forest but have moved closer to urban centres to live with relatives, and families where the breadwinner has been killed. In the latter case it is often women who have become the head of the household.
