Description :
ICRC staff members visit displaced persons regularly to find out how items they have received from the ICRC are being used in the bush, and to listen to their needs so that assistance can be targeted appropriately. Ten-year-old Valorin's denim shirt is in shreds. People who have fled their homes all across the Central African Republic say that clothes are among their most pressing needs.
