Description :
The ICRC assisted some 1,200 households of returnees with essential househol items such as sorghum, sugar, soap, blankets, cooking utensils, mosquito nets, cooking oil and beans. More than a million refugees and returnees have arrived in different parts of South Sudan since 15 April 2023 when war broke out in Sudan, stretching thin already limited resources and services, particularly food and water, but also education and healthcare services.
