Nagorno- Karabakh conflict. Firuza's father who was a soldier, went missing as a result of Nagorno- Karabakh conflict in the early 1990s. She lives with her mother and sister. Firuza is the only one in the family who works. ICRC visited the family together with a psychologist in order to find out the psycho-social problems the family faces as a result of the fact that one of their relatives went missing and in order to help solve them.
