Description :
He is taken care of by social worker and benefitted from ICRC parcels, containing food and hygienic items. He has three sons but they are in Russia and haven't visited him in over a decade. He is afraid to use his wood stove in case there is a fire. He says his cats keep him warm in the winter by lying on him while he is in bed. Lazar survives from a small pension of about 80 USD per month.
