Description :
The ICRC gives out a parcel to a detainee twice per year. A parcel contains, for instance, food, vitamin supplements, hygienic items, undergarment, sweets, tea and cigarettes. Alternatively, for those families who can and wish to visit their detained family member, the ICRC refunds travel and lodging costs for four visits a year per detainee.
