Description :
The ICRC gives out a parcel to a detainee twice per year. A parcel contains, for instance, food, vitamin supplements, hygienic items, undergarment, sweets, tea and cigarettes. In this photo, Zura, takes home her parcel, which she will send to her husband who is serving a sentence in a detention centre not far from Moscow.
