Description : A two-man metal detector is being used to scan below the surface.

The grove was contaminated by BLU 63 cluster sub-munitions following an Israeli strike during the war in 2006. Over a thousand specialists like him from dozens of companies and organizations are clearing cluster bombs and other unexploded ordinance in Southern Lebanon. The metal detector he is using is to detect cluster sub-munitions below the surface.
