Cluster munitions cause long-term economic hardship. "My crops were destroyed because of cluster bombs, like the olive grove behind me. Some of these trees my father planted," says this farmer. "I was too afraid to work my land until it was cleared by a professional demining team. It will take years to rebuild what has been destroyed".
