The child is from the Palestinian camp called Rashidieh near Tyre, Southern Lebanon. Her Twelve year-old brother Mohammed lost both his legs and suffered severe burns to his entire left arm due to an accident involving cluster sub-munitions while riding on a scooter with his father.
