Description : 5000 people fled the neighbouring villages in 2009 after attacks attributed to the Lord's Resistance Army. Total population of Obo is now 10,000 people (half residents and half IDPs). Hoes, groundnuts and groundnut seeds, corn, and oil have been distributed to Obo's total population.
