ICRC President Jakob Kellenberger, pauses after crossing on foot from one side of the Litani River to the other following Israeli bombardment, on his way to visit the port city of Tyre, southern Lebanon, Kellenberger visited the area, which has been cut off from the rest of the country, to have a closer view of the current humanitarian situation and the needs to be adressed and also to have a better view of the ICRC action.
