Description :
The hose has been attached to a motor driven pump used to pump fuel from a full fuel truck to an empty fuel truck on the other side of the River. The fuel was brought to Tyre and used for humanitarian purposes. Bridge links across the Litani were destroyed during the conflict, cutting off towns like Tyre.
