Description :
El Ramol Bakery is the biggest in Tyre and despite the fighting managed to continue operating, that is until it ran out of fuel for the generator. It still had three days worth of flour but no electricity to run the ovens and machines needed to make bread. When the ICRC in Tyre heard this lifeline was about to be cut it quickly gathered what fuel it could to provision the bakery. The ICRC soon brought in additional fuel and flour to Tyre
